All Levels

All levels vinyasa classes are for beginner and intermediate students. A fluid class that connects movement to breath while focusing on strength, flexibility and balance to energize the body.

Basic Flow

Basic Flow is a great class for all experience levels. The flow is slowed down to focus on alignment, modifications and variations. Holding postures allows students to build strength and flexibility while focusing mindfulness and thoughtful movement.

YBI: Yoga for Body Image  (pre-registration required)

A weekly yoga group designed to build awareness and acceptance of the physical body using the philosophies and postures of yoga.  Each class is themed–classes are small and individualized.

Balanced offers small, individualized classes that allow for semi-private yoga instruction.  We want our students to try this type of class with introductory pricing for their first 2 months.  After this trial period expires, classes and rates will increase to $23.00 per class with multiple package and unlimited plans available. Please ask your instructor for details.
