Sarah graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, and then went on to pursue a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Immaculata University, where she completed her dietetic internship and became a Registered Dietitian in 2004. She has 17 years of clinical experience working primarily with the eating disorder
population, and she also has experience working with post-bariatric surgery, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, and food allergies. Sarah’s passion lies in helping people learn how to incorporate all foods for nourishment and enjoyment while also dispelling food myths and normalizing eating patterns. She practices a non-diet, weight inclusive, balanced approach to nutrition.
Sarah strongly believes in collaboration and coordination with her clients, their loved ones, and other care providers to promote a cohesive and supportive approach to recovery.
