Practicing out of the Bryn Mawr Office and Virtually

Hi! I’m Nicole, a registered dietitian who’s been practicing since 2022. Before stepping into the world of nutrition, I worked in long-term care as an activity director, where I saw firsthand how much people wanted to better understand food and how it affects their bodies. That experience inspired me to go back to school for nutrition with the goal of helping others feel informed and empowered. What I didn’t expect was the passion I’d have for helping people heal their relationships with food and their bodies. My work now focuses on supporting better health and nutrition without the pressure of perfection- because food should add to life, not take away from it. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me writing, getting into new art projects, and spending time with the people I love.

Areas of Specialty
I’ve worked with clients of all ages including children, adolescents, young adults, and adults- and have experience across higher levels of eating disorder care, including inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings. Alongside eating disorder recovery, I also enjoy working with general nutrition and individuals living with mitochondrial disease.

Nutrition Philosophy
I view health through the lens of the social determinants of health and practice from a weight-neutral perspective. I’m passionate about helping people understand the “why” behind their thoughts and behaviors around food, and finding ways to make meaningful, sustainable change. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered around supporting each individual’s goals.
