Lily Hitchens

Lily graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2019 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Along with her studies at West Chester University, she was also a collegiate NCAA athlete on the field hockey team. After college, Lily completed the Dietetic Internship with Sodexo and specialized in diabetes care. Lily interned at Balanced Nutrition and became fascinated with working in eating disorders. She then went on to work at The Renfrew Center in Philadelphia where she was able to dive deeper into her passion by instilling recovery oriented counseling sessions with a Health at Every Size (HAES) and non-diet approach. Lily is committed to providing a safe space for all to develop a positive relationship with food.

In her free time she enjoys playing with her dog Luna, taking hikes, camping with friends, cooking and coaching field hockey in her hometown.
