Rachel is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian who specializes in the treatment of Eating Disorders.
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition with a minor in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University. After graduation, she completed her Dietetic Internship with the Aramark corporation in Philadelphia. After earning her RD, Rachel worked as a clinical dietitian at Lankenau Medical Center in critical care, long term care and outpatient/community health.
Over the past 10 plus years, she has worked with clients at all levels of eating disorder care from individual counseling to intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programming at Seeds of Hope in Exton and Paoli locations. She held the position of Lead Dietitian while at Seeds of Hope and worked in both their adolescent and adult programs.
Rachel began working with Balanced Nutrition in the Summer of 2020, and is currently the Director of Internship Programming. She believes in food flexibility, using a Health at Every size approach to Nutrition, and supporting her clients throughout their recovery. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband, two children and her English Bulldog named Chip.
